Homeowners and business owners should have premise liability insurance to cover them in the case of an accident. In the winter icy sidewalks and slippery stairs can cause serious injuries which m ay lead to premise liability claims. Premise liability insurance is used when a customer or visitor is injured on your property. It is important to note that not all injuries are covered by premises liability insurance. An example would be if you intentionally injure a customer or visitor at your home or business.
