  • Just this week, an Anchorage man suffered serious injury when he slid off the road in his vehicle. He hit a guardrail which brought him to a stop.

On October 29, 2012, nineteen year old Ross Kalke was driving on Sterling Highway in his 2005 Cadillac sedan. His Cadillac suddenly lost its traction and slid off the road into a guardrail. Kalke suffered non-life threatening injuries. His Cadillac had immense damage done to it.

Road conditions are believed to have been the reason for this accident. Snowfall began last month and the onset of winter has begun, meaning there are more accidents to come.
